Ritual lives at the heart of her work as a spiritual and healing art form, shaped by years of studying the subtle language of plants, ancestral wisdom traditions, and dreamwork. Her meditation and somatic practice has evolved alongside her artistic path, informed by training in mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-informed modalities. Together, her creative and contemplative practices form an ecosystem rooted in care, transformation and embodied communion with the living world, and the mystery of it all
Sonia is a steward at Tierra Valiente, a community committed to building decolonized and post-capitalist futures.
